Shipping and Delivery

Returns and Refunds

1. Returns: You may return unused Products within 30 days of receipt for a refund, subject to inspection. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
2. Damaged or Defective Items: If your Product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at Bottomlessbumperbags@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund.

Warranty
Our Products are covered by a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications, etc. The warranty will be void if the product was left outside for an extended period of time, left outside in damp or wet conditions or exposed to water or moisture.
